It’s important to us that you love your new pieces. If something isn’t quite right, don’t worry - we’re here to help.

All items, including sale pieces, are eligible for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
Just send us an email at hello@sandyseventy.com to let our team know if you’d like a refund or an exchange.

Please ensure your item is in its original condition - unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.
For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept bikini bottoms if the hygiene sticker has been removed.

If you’d like to return an item, the return postage will be at your expense.
If you choose an exchange, we’ll cover the shipping cost to send your new item. 💌

All sale items are also eligible for refunds and exchanges - the same as our full-priced pieces. ✨


💛 Faulty Items

We care deeply about quality and want every piece to be perfect.
If you ever receive an item that is faulty, please don’t wear it and contact us immediately at hello@sandyseventy.com.

We’ll cover the full return shipping cost and send out a replacement to make sure you’re 100% happy.
